Many friends will encounter some problems during the processing process when they buy back the machine, especially customers and friends who process wood. Sometimes the processed wood is thick or thin, and the size is different. Today, I will briefly explain the general method to the majority of my friends:

1. Divide the process according to the surface first and then the hole. For box-type workpieces, in order to improve the positional accuracy of the hole, the surface should be processed first, and then the hole should be processed.

2. Divide the process according to roughing and roughing. Considering the machining accuracy, stiffness and deformation of the workpiece, the roughing and finishing processes of the workpiece should be carried out separately, that is, the ancestor processing and half-phase processing are carried out first, and then the processing is carried out. In this way, on the one hand, various deformations caused by roughing can be recovered, on the other hand, various defects of the blank can be found in time, and the efficiency of roughing can be exerted. Before finishing after rough machining, it is best to arrange aging treatment at intervals to improve the machining accuracy of the workpiece.
