Static laser marking is semi-automatic processing, and on-line flying laser marking is fully automatic processing, so the efficiency of the latter is higher than the former, and much higher. At present, the on-line flying laser marking process is mainly used in the marking and processing industry of outer packaging surfaces such as food, drugs, cosmetics and wires.

Of course, not all lasers can be applied to dynamic laser marking. Only lasers with high galvanometer speed, comprehensive control software, good beam quality and long-term efficient operation can take on the important task.

These are the differences between static laser marking and dynamic laser marking. In general, dynamic laser marking has higher requirements for lasers.
