The reducer must be used in the fiber laser cutting machine tool. I believe everyone knows the role of the reducer. It is a relatively precise machine that matches the rotational speed and transmits torque between the prime mover and the working machine or the actuator. However, due to the poor working environment of the reducer and the large working load, wear and leakage and other failures often occur. So how to avoid these failures? The following four tips are recommended for gear reducer maintenance.

1、 During the operation of optical fiber laser cutting machine, when the oil temperature rise exceeds 80 ℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise is found, stop using it, check the cause, eliminate the fault and replace the lubricating oil before continuing to operate.

2、 When changing the oil, wait until the reducer cools down and there is no danger of combustion, but keep it warm, because the viscosity of the oil increases after complete cooling, and it is difficult to drain the oil. Attention: cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent inadvertent energization.

3、 After 200~300 hours of operation, the oil should be changed for the first time. The quality of the oil should be checked regularly in the future use. The oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. In general, the reducer that has been operated continuously for a long time should be replaced with new oil once a year or 5000 hours of operation. The reducer that has been out of service for a long time should also be replaced with new oil before re-operation. The reducer shall be filled with oil of the same brand as the original, and shall not be mixed with oil of different brands. Oil of the same brand but different viscosity is allowed to be mixed.

4、 The user shall have reasonable rules and regulations for use and maintenance, carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found in the inspection, and strictly implement the above provisions.
